All pets must have up to date vaccinations, including Kennel Cough, which must be done a minimum of 3 week prior to the boarding period.
All pets should be on a worm & flea program or must be treated prior to the boarding period.
A copy of the vaccination certificate must be available to keep on site for the duration of the boarding period.
Pets who are exempt from vaccination must have a letter of confirmation from their veterinary practice.
All pet owners will be required to complete a booking in form on arrival at the kennels.
All pets should be kept on a lead until handed over to the kennel staff.
We strive to keep all our boarders safe and well during their stay. However, we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice if so required. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner.
Cancellations/no shows with less than 24 hours notice will be liable for a charge @50% of the quoted boarding costs.
Customers are welcome to bring any bedding, toys or accessories that they feel are essential for their pet’s happiness/welfare. They do so at their own risk.
